KUMPULAN PERANGSANG SELANGOR BERHAD ("PERANGSANG SELANGOR" OR "THE COMPANY")
- Memorandum of Agreement ("MOA") entered into between Kumpulan Hartanah Selangor Berhad ("KHSB") and Norzakiah Architect ("NZA")
Further to our announcements dated 24 May 2012, 30 August 2012, 30 November 2012 and 28 February 2013, Perangsang Selangor wishes to announce the latest development on the Memorandum of Understanding between KHSB, a subsidiary of the Company and NZA in respect of the preparation of master plan for the development of Pulau Indah East into an integrated township ("the Project").
KHSB had received the duly executed and stamped MOA dated 12 April 2013 from NZA on 29 April 2013, to effect the appointment of NZA as the Lead Consultant to provide consultancy services in the preparation of a detailed master plan for the Project.
